Your information and choices deserve clear rules.

The Inner Code, the party responsible for INNERA, processes the information needed to operate registration, deliver requested readings, maintain security, provide support, and improve the experience.

We may process identification and contact information, responses you provide, technical usage data, and indicative inferences generated from those responses. The early-access flow does not request clinical records.

We use infrastructure, email, abuse-prevention, and, when enabled, AI-processing providers. We share only the information needed to provide each service and do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purposes, applicable obligations, safety, and request handling. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or other applicable rights through the privacy channel.

Secondary processing, such as promotional communications, requires a separate legal basis or consent and can be disabled without losing previously requested services.

INNERA provides informational self-awareness and everyday wellbeing tools. Its content and inferences do not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, or emergency services.

You must provide lawful information that belongs to you, protect your credentials, and refrain from attempting to breach, abusively automate, interfere with, or use the service to harm others.

Early-access features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Personal, clinical, employment, or organizational outcomes are not guaranteed.

INNERA's content, brand, software, and materials are protected. Personal use does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

INNERA may use AI systems to organize responses and draft indicative readings. An inference may be incomplete, inaccurate, or fail to represent your context.

Base form scores are calculated by product rules. AI must not change calculated scores, archetypes, risk levels, or figures.

The current report workflow excludes name, email, and IP from model content. Providers may process technical data under the applicable configuration and contract.

INNERA will not use your responses to train its own models for a new purpose without disclosing a legal basis or requesting any consent that is required. You may review or withdraw optional consent through the privacy channel.

You may withdraw optional consent, unsubscribe from marketing, and ask us to review processing related to personalization or AI.

Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Some essential features need minimum information to operate; we will explain the effect before completing your request.

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection to certain uses, portability where applicable, and restriction of processing.

Write to privacy@theinnercode.net from the address associated with your account and identify the right you want to exercise. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and protect your data.

We will acknowledge receipt and respond within applicable time limits. If retention is required for safety or legal reasons, we will explain the scope of that limitation.

Do not include passwords, access codes, or detailed medical information. The team will verify identity before disclosing or deleting personal information.

INNERA is a self-awareness and everyday wellbeing tool. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency services.

Automated controls may not identify every self-harm, danger, or emergency situation. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. When possible, contact someone you trust and avoid being alone.

Legal notices complement, but do not replace, technical controls, guardrails, incident review, and response processes.
